- Este paso va hacer 2..... 1 poner a hervir la soya con sal, las hojas de laurel y tomillo..por lo menos 5 minutos retirar y escurrimos y lavamos... 2 volver a poner en agua la soya y hervir por otros 5 minutos con sal, ajo y cebolla..retiramos después que hierva 5 minutos dejamos enfriar y reposar por lo menos 2 horas...
- Después ya pasada las 2 horas escurrimos, enjuagamos y exprimimos ya sea con la mano o una cuchara para retirar el agua..
- Poner aceite y cuando esté caliente poner la soya...yo en un molcajete o licuadora puse el ajo, la cebolla 1 chile verde y los cominos los triture y enseguida se lo puse a la soya junto con sal para que tenga un mejor sabor....
- Para la salsa pude azar los chiles y jitomates..ya asados limpié y puse en el molcajete junto con sal y ajo y martajamos
- Picar cebolla y cilantro..
- Por último hacer los tacos de soya y ponerle cebolla, cilantro, limón y listo nuestro ricos taquitos de soya
