  1. Comenzamos pelando y cortando las papas, las ponemos a cocer en agua con sal a gusto de 30 a 40 min. Una vez que el cuchillo o tenedor atraviese la papa, es porque esta está lista
  2. Si tienes batidora o moledora de papas utilízala, botamos el agua de las papas y en la misma olla o si quieres lo cambias a un recipiente para no dañar tu olla; y comenzamos a moler las papas agregándole la margarina, y la leche de a poco, hasta formar el puré como a ti te guste, si te gusta un poquito más cremoso agrégale más leche, más espeso, menos leche
  3. En eso comenzamos hacer nuestra cebolla caramelizada, que la receta es´ta en mi Cookpad, puedes mezclar la cebolla junto al puré en la misma olla, o servir individualmente en los platos y liiiisto ! disfrútalo "No dejes para mañana, lo que puedes comer hoy"
