- 1 pastilla caldo de carne concentrado
- 1 vaso vino blanco

- Cortamos la carne en filetes del tamaño de la palma de la mano, los salpimentamos y los enharinamos.
- En una sartén con aceite los doramos un poco y los reservamos, en el mismo aceite sofreímos la cebolla y el ajo hasta que nos quede bien pochada, a continuación añadimos el resto de las verduras y lo dejamos cocinar durante unos cinco minutos.
- A continuación añadimos las zanahorias cortadas en dados y los tomates previamente rallados, dejamos que se reduzca el líquido de los tomates y añadimos un vaso de vino.
- Lo dejamos cocinar durante unos siete o ocho minutos lo trituramos y colamos para que nos quede una salsa limpia y fina.
- A continuación lo volvemos todo a la cazuela, añadimos las setas y las cocinamos durante unos cinco minutos, seguidamente añadimos la carne, la cubrimos de agua y añadimos una pastilla de caldo de carne concentrado.
- Lo dejamos cocinar hasta que nos espese la salsa y listo ya tenemos un estupendo Fricandó DE TERNERA. Bon profit !!!! “sabe mejor al día siguiente”.
