- 150 gr tocineta
- 3 cucharadas pan rallado
- 1 cucharada aceite

- Papel aluminio para envolver
- Salsa Nápoles para servir (opcional)

- Colocar la carne encima del papel e ir aplastando hasta lograr armar un rectángulo de alrededor de 1 cm de ancho. Si lo quieres más grande hacer la capa de carne más gruesa.
- Colocar arriba de la carne el jamón, el queso y parte de la tocineta (el resto es para decorar). Es importante dejar alrededor de 3 cm en cada lado para que el relleno no se salga.
- Enrollarlo de a poco. Para ello se toma el papel de un lado y se va presionando firmemente mientras se va dando vuelta. Verificar que quede bien.
- Una vez listo el rollo, colocar la tocineta en la parte de arriba de la carne. Cerrar el papel aluminio.
- Colocar 40 minutos en el horno. Luego retirar el papel aluminio y dejar cocinar 10 minutos más hasta que la tocineta de afuera se cocine.
- Rebanar y servir acompañado de salsa. Buen provecho!!!!!
