- Cuando esté fría cortarla en rodajas si podemos, lo más normal es que por los lados se caigan los ramilletes y en el centro podamos sacar un par de hermosas rodajas. Cortamos los ramilletes por la mitad.
- Poner en la picadora o en un mortero el ajo, el perejil y un poco de aceite y hacer una majada. Poner la coliflor en una plancha vuelta y vuelta y antes de sacarla untarla con esta majada y listo!
