- 3 chorizos
- 2 chorizos colorados
- 1 kg trigo pelado candeal
- Salsa
- 1/4 de cebolla de verdeo

- Esto comienza un día antes poniendo en remojo el trigo e hirviendo los huesos como para sacarle la grasa.
- El día que se va a comer el locro, se pone a hervir el trigo con los huesos.
- Por otro lado se hace la salsa. Cortar las cebollas y se pone a rehogar. Cuando estén traslucidas las cebollas se le ponen los condimentos. Estos son a gusto, yo les puse también condimento para pizza y ají molido.
- Luego de 20' se trozan los chorizos y se los hecha al trigo
- Y por último se integra la salsa a la olla, y se hierve 30' minutos más revolviendo siempre para que no se pegue.
- Después de ese tiempo, se va a notar que el caldo se pone espeso. Eso nos dice que ya está, y ya se puede servir y disfrutar. Espero que les guste
