- Pondremos una sartén al fuego, con un chorrito de aceite, cuando esté caliente, añadiremos el ajo y dejaremos dorar sin que se llegue a quemar, incorporaremos las espinacas, removeremos bien para que se integren al ajo.
- Añadiremos el tomate, los garbanzos, las pansas, previamente escurridas y secadas y una pizca de sal, removeremos y dejaremos que se haga el tomate junto al resto de ingredientes.
- A la hora de servir, incorporaremos los piñones que teníamos reservados.
