- Acto seguido le agregamos el queso descremado cortado en pedacitos para que se derrita sobre nuestra mezcla y le de un sabor más rico.
- Cuando esté listo, quitamos la olla del fuego y la dejamos tapada para que no se enfríe. Mientras en otra olla ponemos a hervir (con agua) los zapallitos.
- Le ponemos sal al agua mientras los hervimos y cuando ya estén listos los sacamos y los juntamos con la carne y la mezcla que había quedado en la otra olla. Revolvemos.
- Por último, cocinamos un huevo y cuando este listo lo cortamos en pedacitos chiquitos y lo ponemos sobre nuestra comida para darle más gusto y que tenga proteínas. También pueden rallarle queso.
- Listo! Eso es todo. Yo use tres ollas porque hice todo al mismo tiempo, pero pueden hacerlo de a partes como les mostré anteriormente. Espero que lo disfruten!
