  5. Relleno: mezclar la carne con la cebolla y la panceta ya fríos; salpimentar (poco, la cebolla y la panceta ya tienen algo de condimentos). En una fuente para horno colocar la salsa, disponer los zapallitos ya rellenos y cocinar a fuego medio unos 30/35 minutos.
  6. Pasados 30 minutos colocar unos trocitos de queso cremoso y un poco de queso rallado para gratinar a fuego fuerte por 5 minutos. Servir con la salsa por debajo yyyy.... BUEN PROVECHO!!!
