- Trozar la carne y tiras de 1 cm de ancho y los chorizos en rodajas, agregar solo la carne y a los 30' añadir los chorizos
- 30' después cortar en 4/4 los dientes de ajo (si los presionas con el plano de un cuchillo se facilita el pelado) añadirlos en la cocción por 15'
- Agregar las morcillas en rodajas y seguir cocinando por 30'... Al final agregar el jugo de las dos naranjas y cocinar los últimos 15'
