- Mientras tanto en una sartén, poné una cucharadas de manteca a derretir a fuego bien bajo y salteá el echalote y el jalapeño picados bien chiquitos. Una vez el echalote transparente, tira el ajo, también picado.
- Agrega el vino, deja hervir para que evapore el alcohol e incorpora la salsa de tomate, la salsa de soja y el jugo de 1/2 limón. Ponele sal a gusto y 2 cucharadas de azúcar. Deja cocinar a fuego bajo por 10 minutos para que reduzca.
- Volviendo a las alitas, pasada una hora, Lleva las al horno, en una fuente aceitada. Déjalas dorar y días vuelta para que se hagan del otro lado, por unos 10 minutos de cada lado o hasta que tengas el dorado que querés.
