  7. Cuando haya reducido la salsa echamos el jamón dejamos cocinar unos 5 minutos, verificamos la sal y la pimienta e incorporamos la crema de leche y los espárragos dejándolas cocinar 2 minutos
  8. Yo le coloqué un poquito de azafrán para darle color y perejil cuando lo apagué, acompañe con pan tostado.
