  4. Colocar en un molde de 24 cm y emparejar. El molde debe estar enmantecado y enharinado.
  5. Colocar una capa de manzanas. Yo le puse una, lo pincelé con manteca derretida y le acomodé otra arriba. Es a gusto.
  6. A la última capa de manzanas espolvorear 1 cucharada de azúcar con 1 cucharadita de canela.
  7. Hornear a 180° por aprox 45 minutos. Dependiendo del horno. A mí me tardó más por la doble capa de manzanas.
