  6. Amasamos durante 10 minutos y dejamos reposar en un bol aceitado ligeramente, lo cubrimos con film antiadherente y tapamos con un paño y guardamos en un lugar oscuro durante al menos 1hr para que la masa crezca.
  7. Luego estiramos y enrollamos hasta formar un cilindro y le damos un par de vueltas más para que quede compacto. Puedes rociar el mesón con semillas de sésamo y pasar una vez para que se le adhieran.
  8. Por último vertemos en un molde de pan previamente engrasado nuestra masa y dejamos reposar por una hora dentro del horno. Les tengo un gran truco, si precalientas el horno a 100°C por 10 minutos y lo apagas y luego metes el pan te crecerá mucho más.
  9. Una vez crecido el pan por una hora más, encender el horno a 180°C por 45 min. Acabado el tiempo sácalo del horno y déjalo enfriar. Cortarlo y comelo como quieras!!! Conservarlo en una bolsa plástica para que no se ponga duro.
