- Luego en un colador ponemos el paño de tela encima y vertemos toda la ricota con el suero en el colador y la dejamos reposar 30 min
- Pasados los 30 min veremos como la ricota se separó del suero, levantamos el paño y escurrimos la ricota para sacarle suero si es que le llegara a quedar, luego ponemos en un recipiente la ricota y la reservamos en la heladera... Ya estará lista para ser consumida cuando quieran 😁!
