  2. 4 trozos conejo
  3. 10 costillas de cerdo
  4. 2 pimientos verdes
  5. 1 cebolla

  10. Pimentón de La Vera
  11. Agua

  1. Primero preparamos todo, troceamos la carne, rallamos la cebolla y el tomate
  2. Una vez todo esté listo, al lio. Ponemos a calentar el aceite y empezamos a sofreír la carne (ya con sal)
  3. Una vez sofrita, la reservamos en un plato y echamos la cebolla
  4. Una vez sofrita la cebolla, le echamos el pimentón encima de la cebolla (una cucharadita) y removemos para que no se queme.
  5. Enseguida echamos el tomate rallado y lo sofreímos unos 5 min.
  6. Una vez sofrito, le incorporamos la carne y la tenemos unos 5 minutillos, removiendo un poco
  7. Ahora después de esos min. Le incorporamos el agua(yo le tiro 6 litros) tenéis que tener en cuenta que la carne tiene que estar más o menos 1 horita hirviendo(para que quede blandita)
  8. Acto seguido le echamos la pebrella (un buen puñadito) y a hervir
  9. Cuando pase este tiempo, (y provandolo de sal) le echamos el gazpacho
  10. Ahora con ganitas el fuego y a remover durante 15 o 20 min. (Vamos bajando el fuego para que no se pegue, ya que el caldo es muy espeso.)
  11. Cuando quede poco caldo, si queréis le echáis el pimiento verde(lo había sofrito antes) el pimiento verde es al gusto(está Muy bueno)
  12. Y ahora sí que si, lo dejamos reposar un poquito y al lioooo
