- Deshebramos ligeramente el bonito con un tenedor y lo mezclamos con el aceite de oliva, la cebolleta (picada), la mayonesa y el cilantro. Integramos.
- Con un molde circular, agregamos una primera capa del puré de patata, una segunda capa de relleno de atún, luego otra de puré de patata.
- Continuamos con los aguacates en láminas finas, y terminamos con una última capa del puré de patata.
- Decoramos por encima con huevos duros y aceitunas picadas, y espolvoreamos perejil.
