- Para marinar el pollo mezclar jengibre ajo salsa de soya vinagre blanco cerveza y pimentón picante...refrigerar
- Luego de unas dos horas, pasamos por harina y luego por pan rallado, colocamos aceite caliente en un olla o calentamos nuestra freidora de aceite o si tenemos una freidora de aire, es hora de usarla.
- Terminamos de freír y bañamos el pollo en la salsa unos minutos y servimos
